Technical features:
Each axis of the machine has its own powerful servo motor, which is coupled with a ball screw pair, this has a great advantage since no complex kinematic relationships. Optical rulers by SKB-IS with a resolution of 1 ?m. The spindle speed box is three-stage, switching is automatic. ISO-50 inner spindle taper with automatic mandrel clamping. The rigidity of the machine is ensured by a powerful bed and wide guides, and the accuracy is ensured by overhead guides made of ShKh15 steel and tank bearings.

Electrical part:
• Development of a new machine control concept.
• Complete replacement of all electrics.
• Equipping the machine with modern electrical equipment.
• Installation of new servo feed drives by OMRON or BSD (Balt System)
• Integration of a table rotation sensor with a resolution of at least 180,000 pulses per revolution.

Hydraulics:
• Development of a new hydraulic station with a cooling system.
• Complete replacement of hydro equipment manufactured by Diplomatic - Italy.
• Equipping the machine with a coolant supply and collection system, a protective fence. (ordered separately)

Control:
Dual machine control system: CNC system or manual control with DRO.
